After working as a website broker for the previous 3 years and closing 75 deals worth $4M, Ryan launched acquisitionstation.com in the summer of 2014 to offer clients a more personalized and dedicated experience. 3 months later the company’s first 2 deals were closed successfully and things were on their way!
In 2015 Aykut joined the team, helping the company grow to a new record of $2M in actual deal value over 20 transactions, including our first 7 figure deal.
Our company grew even further in 2016 with the addition of team members Bastien and Veadra, who have helped increase deal flow across all budgets. Our total deal value exceeded $2M and active buyer list grew to over 1,500.
In 2017 we rebranded and created a new listing system that helped increase deal flow and efficiency for buyers. We also increased focused on emerging French speaking markets and have goals to continue our year on year deal value growth.

Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Business in 2009. During this time he worked as an intern for the US Embassy in Bern, Switzerland in the immigrant visas department.
Since graduating he has built, bought, and sold several websites and has successfully closed on $7.5M worth of web-based businesses over 122 transactions as a broker in the online space.

He is semi-fluent in French, and conversationally proficient in German and Russian. He has had industry content published in Feedfront Magazine, killerstartups.com, incomediary.com, noobpreneur.com, and others.
He enjoys spending time with his family (wife, son aged 6, daughter aged 3), playing basketball, eating (pretty much anything), traveling, and learning about business and life, not taking a day for granted.
Bastien obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at HEC-Montréal, with a specialization in Finance and International Affairs. He completed his Master’s degree in Environmental Assessment at Concordia University where he was the first student to succeed without corrections.
In January 2013, he joined Cycle Capital Management, a leading Canadian Cleantech venture capital firm with $230M assets under management. In 2 years, Bastien advised on $30M worth of investments comprising equity and debt financing spread across 8 startups. He also became a Certified Salesforce Administrator and implemented the Salesforce platform to speed up the analysis of new investment opportunities.
He is fluent in English and French and proficient in Italian. He is married and enjoys spending his free time reading (anything from cat magazines to business books to mangas), eating anything in sight as well as traveling to new countries and continents.
Veadra graduated with a degree in Operations Management and Financial Accounting from Concordia University in 2010.
Since then she has worked in the fashion and airline industries where she has managed up to nine figures of inventory annually and negotiated pricing on contracts from $10K to $500K.
Her experience includes optimizing pricing & promotions, controlling inventory, planning sales and implementing new resource management systems. She is passionate about turning sales trends into competitive strategies using her very favorite tool, Excel.
She is fluent in English and French and working on her Spanish. She once started a Japanese audio course but stopped once she learned to say “it is delicious, therefore I will eat it”.
In her spare time she loves devouring dumplings, playing fetch with her cats, travelling with her husband, and watching educational YouTube videos.
Aykut is an entrepreneur and consultant best known as Founder of Worth Of Web Academy. He graduated from Middle East Technical University with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2005 during which time he also participated in 2 chemical engineering internships. Instead of pursuing a career in the field, he decided in 2007 to start his own software company, PB Bilisim, which develops websites, mobile applications, and games.
He founded Worth Of Web Academy in 2011. Its website value calculator, which he coded alone, has evaluated 10 million websites to date and helped thousands of webmasters to develop their websites into money-making online businesses. He is the founder of numerous online projects and he had interviews on famous websites like Business.com, Media Shower, Advisor TV and Entrepreneurs Mingle. He also wrote a book in Turkish about marketing and entrepreneurship in 2014.
He is fluent in English and Turkish, intermediate in French, and beginner in Russian and German. He is married and likes to spend his free time with cycling, traveling, basketball, football, movies and playing Civilization.
